Carolann is responsible for managing NBACL’s Provincial Family Support Program, which includes leading a team of three Family Support facilitators. She also manages projects and initiatives related to the Family Support program, including several provincial and national projects.

She is responsible for facilitating the development of networks, community connections, personal support networks and supported living arrangements.
