As the Director of Programs Danny is responsible for the development, management, and evaluation of programs and initiatives related to supporting children and adults with an intellectual disability and their families. Danny will works to develop and implement strategic direction, operational goals and objectives for all programs as well as program evaluation frameworks to assess strengths and improvements needed for program delivery. He also contributes to the development and implementation of progressive public policy supporting the inclusion of children and adults with an intellectual disability and their families in community.
Dawn is responsible for providing financial and administrative support to enable NBACL to function most effectively. She also provides administrative support to the Social Inclusion team, Independent Facilitation team and Family Support team.
Deborah is responsible for an innovative project aimed at recruiting and providing supports to individuals with intellectual disabilities or Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) who are exploring or developing self-employment.

Elizabeth is responsible for helping to raise awareness about the work of NBACL through our Changing Lives, Changing Communities information hours and events. Gina Wilkins is NBACL’s Director of Marketing and Communications, with responsibility for setting and guiding policy and strategy for all of NBACL’s internal and external communications, including the website, social media, and media and public relations messaging, to consistently articulate the Association’s mission and advance its purposes and goals.
