Supports: Transition to Life After High School
As Transition Facilitator, Danny supports high school youth with an intellectual disability to make successful transitions from high school to adult life. He works with students, parents and educators to build a network of support to help ensure the successful transition of students from school to work.
As Community Facilitator with NBACL, Ed’s role includes working with adults with disabilities to identify their life goals, facilitating connections for community opportunities, planning and implementing personal support networks, as well as community outreach and partnership development.
