As the Director of Human Resources,she is responsible for the management and overall accountability related to the human resources of NBACL. She provides support to the various human resource functions which include recruitment, retention, staffing, training and development, performance evaluation, employment equity, human resource planning and personnel policies of the NBACL organization.

Jason began working for NBACL in 2005. As Director of Strategic Initiatives, he works to identify initiatives that will allow NBACL to become better known to the community and that will help build unrestricted operating dollars for the future growth and sustainability of the organization.
