Dawn is responsible for providing financial and administrative support to enable NBACL to function most effectively. She also provides administrative support to the Social Inclusion team, Independent Facilitation team and Family Support team.

As Transition Facilitator, Debbie assists high school youth with an intellectual disability to make successful transitions from high school to adult life, and from school to work transitions. She helps to bridge the gap and help to build a network of support for the students.
Deborah is responsible for an innovative project aimed at recruiting and providing supports to individuals with intellectual disabilities or Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) who are exploring or developing self-employment.

Gina Wilkins is NBACL’s Director of Marketing and Communications, with responsibility for setting and guiding policy and strategy for all of NBACL’s internal and external communications, including the website, social media, and media and public relations messaging, to consistently articulate the Association’s mission and advance its purposes and goals.
