The New Brunswick Association for Community Living (NBACL), established in 1957, is a provincial non-profit organization that works to build inclusive communities where children and adults with an intellectual or developmental disability can live, learn, work, and play. They work in areas across the lifespan—from early learning and child care to will and estate planning, changing lives, changing communities, and defending rights. NBACL works within and serves a bilingual population.
NBACL is seeking a new Executive Director to take on leadership of this vibrant organization. Under the direction of the Board of Directors, the Executive Director is responsible for the overall operation of the NBACL, providing leadership in strategic planning, human resource management, and financial sustainability. As the face of the organization, the Executive Director advocates for and champions the organization, building positive and enduring partnerships across the province and embodying the mission and values of the NBACL in all that they do.

You bring progressive experience in a management role and a track record of developing teams and supporting their success. You are driven by the potential to make change in your community and want to inspire others to do the same. Bilingualism would be an asset in this leadership role.
