A young man in the Fredericton area is seeking private support workers on a full-time/part time basis. Responsibilities include supervision in his apartment, assistance with life skills including budgeting skills, personal hygiene, assistance and guidance with healthy meal preparation and light house cleaning. He is looking for someone to assist with recreation and community involvement for him to participate in social and recreational opportunities in the community. The successful candidate must have access to a reliable vehicle and be willing to provide transportation.
The young man enjoys card games, video games and movies. He is looking to become more physically active and live a healthy lifestyle. He is seeking an experienced, assertive, high energy support worker, with strong skills in managing and redirecting challenging behaviors.
Over night shifts are available 7p-7a at a flat rate of $75.00 a night. 2 Weekend shifts a month include 7a-1p / 1p-7p / 7p-7a. All support staff would have the option of picking up shifts throughout week for cover off if necessary.
