National Health and Fitness Day is intended to inspire Canadians to have fun being active and become as fit as they can! Going to the park on a sunny day, taking the dog out for a walk, or simply opting to walk to work instead of driving are all budget-friendly ways to get moving – you don’t need to invest in a gym membership to be active!

Other ways to get active this National Health and Fitness Day are:

  • Go for a walk with friends and family
  • Visit your favorite park
  • Check out one of New Brunswick’s many parks
