Gina Wilkins is NBACL’s Director of Marketing and Communications, with responsibility for setting and guiding policy and strategy for all of NBACL’s internal and external communications, including the website, social media, and media and public relations messaging, to consistently articulate the Association’s mission and advance its purposes and goals.

As the Director of Programs Danny is responsible for the development, management, and evaluation of programs and initiatives related to supporting children and adults with an intellectual disability and their families. Danny will works to develop and implement strategic direction, operational goals and objectives for all programs as well as program evaluation frameworks to assess strengths and improvements needed for program delivery. He also contributes to the development and implementation of progressive public policy supporting the inclusion of children and adults with an intellectual disability and their families in community.

Carolann is responsible for managing NBACL’s Provincial Family Support Program, which includes leading a team of three Family Support facilitators. She also manages projects and initiatives related to the Family Support program, including several provincial and national projects.

As the Director of Human Resources, Alecia is responsible for the management and overall accountability related to the human resources of NBACL. Alecia provides support to the various human resource functions which include recruitment, retention, staffing, training and development, performance evaluation, employment equity, human resource planning and personnel policies of the NBACL organization.

Tammy Gallant

Director of Finance & Office Administration


Tammy is responsible for the financial management of the NBACL. Her work includes, monitoring and development of budgets, human resources management of staff, providing IT and equipment support and providing the overall office management.


Sarah Wagner

Sarah Wagner joined the NBACL team in January 2014 as the Director of Programs. In this role she is responsible for the development, management, and evaluation of programs and initiatives related to supporting children and adults with an intellectual disability and their families.

As Manager of Independent Facilitation, Andrea is responsible for managing NBACL’s Independent Facilitation Program (Disability Support Program), which includes a team of five Independent Facilitators.
