As Community animator with the NBACL, Audrey’s role includes working with adults with disabilities to identify their life goals, facilitating connections for community opportunities, planning and implementing personal support networks, as well as community outreach and partnership development.
Supports: Post-Secondary Education, Transition to Life After High School
As Transition Facilitator, Lisa assists high school youth with an intellectual disability to make successful transitions from high school to adult life, and from school to work transitions. She helps to bridge the gap and help to build a network of support for the students.
