Tammy is responsible for the financial management of the NBACL. Her work includes, monitoring and development of budgets, providing IT and equipment support and providing the overall office management.
Her involvement with NBACL began in 1997, through the Sky’s the Limit Snow Challenge Fundraiser, NBACL’s annual fundraising events. In 1999, she became a member of the NBACL Board in the position of Secretary until 2003 when she decided to work for the Association as Director of Finance, Human Resources & Office Administration.
Originally from Wirral NB, Tammy attended UNB in Fredericton where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts, Honours Degree in Psychology. She then returned to UNB to complete her Bachelor of Education, Elementary concentration.
In 1999, she retired from her teaching career to work for the Premier’s Council on the Status of Disabled Persons as Secretary/Bookkeeper. Tammy lives in French Lake with her husband Terry, son Marc, and beloved cat Cleo. Tammy loves spending time with her family in her home town of Wirral.
