The module explains that it is important to take care of both the mind and body in order to live a healthy and fulfilling life. The module discusses many options available to all individuals to take a hands-on approach to creating a happy and healthy life.
The module ends with an example of a completed mental wellness template, done by a young woman by the name of Elizabeth. An individual can use the module on their own or with the support of a facilitator.
