As Human Resources Generalist, Kirk is responsible for the management and overall accountability related to the human resources of NBACL. Kirk provides support to the various human resource functions which include recruitment, retention, staffing, training and development, performance evaluation, employment equity, human resource planning and personnel policies of the NBACL organization.
