PATH is a person-centred planning tool that helps individuals plan for their future.
Workshop participants who attend the full two day training will be certified as PATH Facilitators. Learn how to guide a future life plan with instruction and colorful illustrations and how to facilitate dreaming into action in this exciting “hands on” workshop!
