As Social Inclusion Coordinator for the Fredericton region, Alexandra supports people with an intellectual disability to live and flourish in their community. Within the Social Inclusion program, Alexandra is responsible for establishing community connections, creating & monitoring Supported Living Arrangements, and facilitating Personal Support Networks.
Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Political Science, from Cape Breton University and a Bachelor of Social Work from St. Thomas University. She has experience working with at-risk youth, individuals who are incarcerated, and people with disabilities. Originally from Cape Breton, she is excited to be back in Fredericton and working with NBACL to help individuals and families navigate available supports, and promote the importance of inclusion.
