As a Social Inclusion Coordinator, Sydney is responsible for the overall coordination of the Social Inclusion program in the Fredericton region. She supports adults who have an intellectual disability to find suitable housing, access individualized supports, and implement supported living plans to ensure a successful home of one’s own. Through this role she also assists individuals and families to identify possible leading roles of natural supports and provides support and mediation to maintain these relationships.
Sydney graduated from St. Thomas University in May 2015 and first came to NBACL in October 2015 as a Social Inclusion Facilitator.
